 The return request is made without incurring any cost from the customer, whether for products or shipping
The product is photographed from three different angles of the product to ascertain the product and its initial condition.
The product received to us must be the same as that sent from our warehouse in relation to your order.
Communication is done through page messages, website messages, or whatsapp number specified on the Facebook page or through our e-mail.
Reverse receipt takes up to 10-15 working days as per the shipping companies’ regulations.

 Please note that the payment fees are calculated as a balance that you can use to choose other products with us or the same products again.
 In the event that the return is approved, the shipping fees are calculated based on the geographical area of ​​the request for the return again, and therefore (freight charges are fully calculated twice sending and receiving)
Once the return / exchange request has been submitted successfully, our team will monitor the request and if all conditions are met, we will arrange a replacement choice.
